  • Bernadette “Ginger” McGuire Ginger founded McGuire Law in 2006. Her family’s journey to the United States inspired her to focus her passion for helping others with the complexity of immigration law. Through her work with non-profits Ginger realized that she could effectively serve immigrants in family court and has pivoted her practice to specialize in the intersection between immigration and domestic matters. She also has a passion for litigation in complex immigration cases having success before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and several Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Ginger has served as an elected officer of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Colorado Chapter (2006-2010) and served as Chapter President in 2009-2010. She also served as an elected officer of the New Members Division of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ginger has served as agency liaison on behalf of the Colorado Chapter to the Denver Executive Office for Immigration Review and to the GEO Detention Facility in Aurora, Colorado. She is a frequent national speaker for the American Immigration Lawyers Association on complex family-based immigration and litigation issues.
