1. COLAP presentation with a focus on how they provide support when individuals are concerned about the wellbeing of their peers. (20 minutes)
2. Barriers to Well-Being & Causes of Impairment:
   Members of the legal profession frequently report experiencing perfectionism, anxiety, overwhelm, procrastination, imposter syndrome, depression, technology addiction, and substance use issues. Learn the potential causes, effects, and solutions to these concerns from a neurological, behavioral, and physiological perspective. This presentation will also dispel common myths about behavioral health issues, examine the difference between acute and chronic issues, and examine how to help colleagues and family members with these issues. (60 minutes)
