The Probate Bench Bar Meeting will be an informal 'meet-and-greet' and Q&A session with discussion that will focus mainly on procedures, announcements, housekeeping issues, etc. Topics Include: Remarks from Judge Pratt, new presiding probate judge; plans for protective proceedings CLE this Fall; procedure/policy issues; new developments in probate law.
This is an open meeting and does not require registration -- anyone can attend. (No CLE credit).
